An Italian recipe very simple and delicious. You have to know that the totality of our ingredients were bought at the local cooperative of food producer that gather farmers from the region. These producers are committed to limit as much as possible the use of pesticide during the production: some ingredients are certified as organic (BIO), other didn’t receive the certification but broadly respect the BIO standards.We try to limit our consumption of diary products, and when we do consume them we make sure to buy them without packaging -we always bring with us our boxes and bags- and locally, if not directly from the producer.
